Festing - General Rules

ramblings

Always leave 2 hours between movies.
If you leave yourself just an hour and a half, or (worst yet!) a mere hour, you run the risk of not only having to cut out of a movie early just to make it to your next screening on time, but also the (perhaps worse) risk of exhaustion/heart failure/death running all over the city at a breakneck pace. I won't even go into the dangers of running flat out for 15 minutes and then sitting in a chair for 2 hours. We're talking epson salts bath here, folks.

Thou Shalt Leave Two Hours Between Movies. One hour for leaving one show and lining up for the next (when a movie starts a half hour late, this is the hour that gets used up), and another hour for travel time between theatres. If you require no travel time (having a personal teleporter, or perhaps just having consecutive showings at the same theatre) then this hour can be reduced or waived. Under no circumstance can you waive the other hour.
Two hours between shows. This is the lesson I have learned.

Ignore this commandment at thine own peril!
