And does it better than he ever could! A highly enjoyable cinematic marvel. Amazing cinematography, beautiful scene set up, a dynamite plot and twists and turns right up to the end! I heartily enjoyed my first film of the fest and hope that this is a mere taste of things to come. I've never before seen a kaliedoscopic technique used so beautifully and effectively to string together parts of a film. This film is the second part of a trilogy effort (the first of which was called "Heaven" and starred Cate Winslet and Giovanni Ribissi, but unfortunately, with a different director), and makes me want to see the entire trilogy in one go.
